The second Nano Chair 2.0 is even smaller than the first one.
Its 3 micron dimensions make it the smallest chair in the world.
The technique used for producing this chair, FEB (Focused Electron Beam), deposits layers of substance (liquid platinum in this case) on a silicium plate.
Due to the liquidity of the platinum, the layers merge into each other and melt into one form.
